Send a deletion request
Email Primus Studios using the button below. Include the following details so we can locate and verify the correct account:
- Your Gridlock Neon player ID, shown under Settings > Platform Account.
- Your platform: Android or iOS.
- Your current Gridlock Neon display name.
We may ask for reasonable additional verification to protect your account. We will never ask for your Apple or Google password, a one-time authorization code, or a complete purchase token.

What will be deleted
- Your Gridlock Neon player profile and display name.
- Platform identifiers associated with the Gridlock Neon profile.
- Saved cosmetics and profile preferences held on our servers.
- Gameplay runs, scores, move records, and leaderboard entries associated with the account.
What may be retained
Limited purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary to restore purchases, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Where possible, retained records will no longer identify the deleted player profile.
Deleting your Gridlock Neon account does not delete information independently held by Apple, Google, or advertising providers. Use those providers' account and privacy controls for their records.
Timing and local data
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if more time or information is required. Uninstalling Gridlock Neon removes local app data according to your device settings, but does not by itself submit an account deletion request.
